Bombay Sapphire Gin
World-famous gin in its distinctive blue bottle. Every drop contains 10 hand-selected botanicals from exotic locations around the world. Every one of their ten precious botanicals is chosen to bring their own special something to our gin. Uniquely distilled, they come together to give Bombay Sapphire its tantalizing, smooth, and complex taste.
Martini Rosso Vermouth
The original MARTINI, and our first love. When Luigi Rossi blended local botanicals to craft this scarlet-hued vermouth, he created an indisputable icon. While the exact recipe remains a closely guarded secret, this sweet vermouth's intensely herbal character is the result of blending carefully chosen wines with a complex selection of Italian herbs, including sage, savory and dittany, and bitter-sweet exotic woods.
Martini Bitters
Inspired by the original 1872 Martini Bitter recipe, Martini Bitter is made from three “rare” botanicals – saffron, angostura and Columba – to deliver a “unique richness and complexity” to its taste profile through different dimensions of bitterness. The bitter is rested in the same Tino cask that is used for the Riserva Speciale extracts and shares the vermouth’s common botanical, Italian artemisia.
The expression has been crafted to complement the Riserva Speciale vermouths in a Negroni, as well as other classic Italian aperitivo cocktails. It is also recommended served alone, or simply mixed with tonic.
Bombay Sapphire Negroni
When it comes to aperitifs, you would struggle to better this classic cocktail. The botanicals found in Bombay Sapphire create a complex harmony that makes this the drink of choice for those of a discerning character.
