St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

The world's first artisanal French liqueur, made with up to 1,000 fresh wild, handpicked elderflower blossoms in every bottle. Still produced in an artisanal manner, the liqueur is made from flowers that are gathered from the hillsides in the French Alps during a short four-to-six week period in Spring. The picked flowers are bicycled to a collection depot where they are immediately macerated to preserve the fresh flavors of the bloom. Extracting the flavors of this flower is not an easy process, and the Saint Germain company keeps theirs a family secret.

Enjoy during the holidays over a toast or counting down to the New Year. The ultimate celebratory cocktail. An elegant and refreshing combination of Grey Goose vodka, elderflower liqueur and freshly squeezed lime, charged with chilled soda water and served in a classic champagne flute glass.

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 parts Grey Goose Vodka
1 part St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/4 of a lime
2 parts chilled soda water


How to mix:
1) Add Grey Goose and St-Germain into a cocktail shaker
2) Squeeze lime juice into shaker, then top with ice
3) Shake vigorously
4) Fine strain into a chilled flute and top with soda water
